Galleries & Gift Shops on Main Street: Step back in time and visit the businesses participating in the 3rd Annual Christkindl Market Shop Hop during November and December. Get your ticket at any of the participating businesses and let the holiday spirit set in. When that ticket is stamped by all featured businesses, leave it to be entered in the drawing for a Prize Basket. Also, as you shop Main Street, make sure to vote on the best Shopkeeper Window with ballot boxes at all participating locations!
And don't forget about Small Business Saturday on Nov. 26th!

St. John's Lutheran Church (Dec. 3rd, 2022, 10:30am to 1pm), will be hosting thier annual Christmas Bazaar with a bake sale, basket raffle, craft sale, silent auction, and lunch, and St. Lawrence Catholic Church will host their annual Christmas Cookie Walk (Dec. 10th, 2022, 9 to 10:30am).
Enhance Alma invites you to participate in our Celebration of Lights in our Lives… people whose memories we cherish, whose gifts of service to our country have helped preserve our freedom, whose loving kindness we treasure or to whom we simply wish to express a holiday greeting! For a donation of $5.00 each, you can dedicate a light on our Community Holiday Trees. Proceeds will be used for Enhance Alma projects. Names of all those honored or in memory of will be listed in the Buffalo County News the week of Christmas. Deadline is Wednesday, November 30, 2022. The Christmas trees at Orange Street will be on the whole month of December in honor of the lights in our lives!
This year's Christmas House Walk on Saturday, Dec. 3th, 2022, 3-7 pm, features Historic Buildings and Local Homes open for self-guided tours. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased any of the featured locations the day of the event in addition to Wings Over Alma and Waterlilly Gifts.
Handy with royal icing, gum drops and peppermint candy? Wings Over Alma will be hosting the 2nd Annual Gingerbread House Decorating Contest. Co-sponsored by the Alma Chamber of Commerce. Two categories for Kids & Adults. Visitors who stop by Wings Over Alma on Dec. 1-3, 2022, will cast votes! Prizes awarded on the 3rd!
